John and Jean Anderson

HCJB Global

HCJB Global Technology Center

John and Jean are missionary appointees with HCJB Global and are currently in the process of raising their support team.  In 2010, they relocated to Elkhart, IN to serve at the Technology Center while they continue to raise their full support. They are both from the Chicago area. John grew up in Chicago, and Jean in Aurora, Illinois. We met at Wheaton College.  While John studied business at Wheaton, Jean pursued nursing. John eventually became a computer programmer.

Recently, John had given thought to how God could his gifts and knowledge of computers for "kingdom work", seeking eternal results.  We found that HCJB Global was an interesting blend of technology and health care.  God opened doors right away and we are building our support team for service in Quito, Ecuador. John will be working with computers, directly for HCJB in Quito and Jean will volunteer with some of the many health care options available in Quito.

They have four children, who have been and are homeschooled.  Elizabeth is a graduate of Wheaton College.  John is pursuing a biology degree from Judson University, to see how God can use his love for animals.  David is a junior in high school and has recently procured his driver's license; he also enjoys guitar.  Anina is in seventh grade and loves gymnastics.
