Jean was able to return to Nicaragua in April 2008.  She worked primarily in the medical clinic, which does basic health care screening and provides medications and vitamins. The construction project was to rebuild a wall that had fallen in a church in Muy Muy.  The work included clearing the rubble from the fallen wall and roof as well as laying block for a new wall.
